Needs to be swifter on scams.

Needs to be swifter on scams.ive had a few and had to get my bank involved to stop payment, PayPal wouldn’t do this then had my account debited because I cancelled payment through bank, so frustrating when the company I bought from had loads of people online forums saying they were scammers, I had to screen shot and send to the scammers to say I was going to expose them on national tv! Shouldn’t have to do all that!! Stressful! They dropped the case and refunded me, PayPal did nothing to help! Reviewed on: 8th June 2024
