Customer service could be better

Customer service could be better, with better customer care resulting in customer satisfaction. Ideally, customer service would be 24 hours. The credit limit could be reviewed regularly, and the APR % is a bit on the higher side so this could be improved too. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
