A safe way to pay.

PayPal lets me spread the cost of my purchases across certain times, making it more manageable for me to budget for the things I need. The fees are upfront, and not hidden, they take what they say they are going to, and most importantly, it's safe, only PayPal has my information so I don't worry about more being taken than I'm paying for.
