Paypal credit has given me more freedom with money allowing me to make expensive much needed purchases and pay them off at affordable amounts each month. I am great at budgeting however i am not someone who has large amounts of money aside for when bigger purchases are needed so paypal credit had been a great support. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

Excellente Customer service

I recently had an issue with an online purchase where the seller failed to deliver the item as promised. After trying to resolve it directly with no success, I opened a dispute through PayPal. The process was straightforward — I submitted the details and supporting evidence, and within a few days, PayPal reviewed the case. To my relief, they ruled in my favor and issued a full refund. I have used paypal now for approximately 10years.

I have used paypal now for approximately 10years. I have found the service very useful and trustworthy. In fact l rarely use websites that do not offer paypal payments as l don't like giving card details over the internet. In rare disputes regarding non receipt of goods paypal have sorted the dispute satisfactorily and reimbursed me. They settling of disputes has been easily resolved through their chat room. They respond quickly via chat bots or agents. So in all l am happy to recommend them and vouch for the reliability of their service. Plus l have used the credit fascility they offer with delayed no interest to pay service allowing upto 3 or 4 months credit with no interest applied if paid in full at the end of term. Easy to request, use and pay back.

Easy to request, use and pay back. I don't find PayPal to be as fast as other services for payments to come through though, which feels annoying as it's all digital and feels unecessarily slow (when compared to other brands with similar financial products).
