Good when I needed them

I haven’t needed help often but they were very helpful when I did need it. I had an issue with an item being misplaced to me from China. The company wanted me ton send it back but the postage was more than the item. I raised a complaint with PayPal and they sorted the refund for me. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
