Paypal credit, easy to use

I have been a customer of paypal credit for the last few years and have found them to be honest and easy to communicate with. I have found that where other financial companies can make it difficult to make payments online, paypal have always been so simple to use and make a payment, after using my login and appropriate information. Making bookings for hotels, hire cars, etc have been seamless without having to jump through hoops and often having to give lots of other details, only to find that the payment doesn't go through. I would happily recommend them, (and have on several occasions), to friends and family! Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

The one thing we need from Paypal is protection

The one thing h the at we need from Paypal is protection from poor or fraudulent sellers. PayPal failed me.I presented all the information, the emails, photos of products received and even the threatening messages I was receiving from the seller due to raising a claim. However, Paypal preferred to ignore the evidence and retain a fraudulent sellers. I will ditch Paypal as soon as possible Reviewed on: 10th June 2026
