Chat bots are frustrating, using PayPal credit didn’t give me the same protection I would have got from other credit card companies. The complaints process was a series of AI generated messages that benefitted the seller and not me as the buyer. my only problem

The only problem I have with PayPal is not having the ability to apply payments to certain transactions (ie( purchases made over say 4 months . it seems i have to pay of my full balance to avoid interest. I hope this makes sence Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Excellent Experience with PayPal Credit

I use PayPal Credit frequently, and it has genuinely made my online shopping and budgeting much easier. The 0% interest for 4 months is especially helpful — it allows me to split payments and manage my finances in a more flexible way without any extra cost. The whole experience is smooth and effortless. There’s no additional setup required, and every transaction is clearly displayed in the history section. I can easily see which purchases qualify for the 0% offer, track when the promotional period ends, and receive helpful reminders so I never miss anything important. Repayment options are also very clear and easy to manage, which gives me a lot of confidence when using the service.
