Good customer service issues with monthly statement ...

Good customer service only issues I have is every month setting up different direct debit amounts have had issues with being told to change 5 days prior to payment date to 1 month before after getting late payment charges. Now I do it manually. Also monthly statement is hard to calculate with total monthly amount to pay when having 0% monthly deals & daily spends.
