You seem to have AI glitches that sometimes make navigating the account counter intuitive and difficult to understand with no obvious resolution as the app just goes into a loop. The human phone assistant was also unhelpful and kept trying to argue instead of resolving the issue. It is not just your app that is affected by this new set of problems caused by the huge AI revolution but I thought you should know. For example one of my middle names and the name that I use most seems to have gone astray which seems to have mightily confused the operator who then became argumentative. I am sure she was not to blame even though she used the phantom name to address me first and then told me that the names did not match. I also have been having difficulty locating my account details in order to resolve any errors they might contain. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

PayPal has been a life saver in certain situations. Especially when I’ve had something expensive to buy and haven’t got enough disposable income to make the full payment. Being able to either pay in 3 or spread it over an amount of time interest free is perfect! Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
