Customer service excellent, app so easy!

Used the chat on the app for any issues!! And it’s always sorted within the day!! They are very helpful and polite. the limit your aload if you stay loyal does get reviewed and changes either up or down it’s a good way to keep spending at a limit. They have now introduced points like Sainsbury’s so you can get credit back which is really good! And their app is really easy too use. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

My paypal

I use paypal in all my online transactions as I know its safe and that if I have any issues I can contact paypal and they will help sort it out I, i needed their help reasently as I was having trouble getting a refund I went through paypal for help they sorted it out and I got my full refund. Seamless Payments and Ease of use

I have been using Paypal for quite some time and Paypal Credit in the last few years. It has made online shopping for me extremely seamless and a lot easier. It's very convenient to have different flexible options in Paypal, including the pay in 3 and Paypal credit.
