PayPal offers me an option to pay on credit

PayPal Credit offers me an option to pay on credit and more so Pay in 3 is interest free, they also provided a higher credit limit than any other providers at that time which I greatly appreciated, however they have yet in multiple years to offer a higher rate so I only ever make small purchases on it.
