Always supportive in cases when suppliers are not issuing the goods they should. Easy to report, easy process & fast responses. Online account/app is easy to understand and navigate and I always feel I can find the information I need. I feel I can shop with thousands of suppliers and feel protected with no concerns of being exposed to online scams. very handy

I use pay pal credit often towards the end of the month and it’s very handy. It’s also good that you can pay in 3 instalments for larger amounts and they take it automatically so there’s no worry about forgetting to pay. I feel safe and secure when paying other people as well, although it can sometimes take a few days for the money to go into your bank. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

PayPal credit is easy to use at low enough interest rates especially compared to credit cards or other lenders, it can be easily managed with online details/payments also without needing a card, due to this it can be managed easily on the app where you can see your balance, recent purchases and make early payments Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
