I love using PayPal, I've always felt safe with my purchase when using it. Having PayPal credit just puts an extra layer of security, when you're a little bit short on cash, having 4 months to pay for something you need now is amazing. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

I am extremely disappointed with how PayPal handled my dispute regarding this transaction. Despite providing evidence that the accommodation was not fit for stay and that I did not remain at the property, PayPal chose to side with the seller without, in my view, properly investigating the circumstances or fully considering the evidence submitted. As a result, I am now being required to pay for services that were not provided to me in an acceptable or usable condition. I do not believe this outcome reflects a fair or thorough review of the complaint. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

I received notifications for purchases I hadn’t made. Contacted PayPal immediately in writing and by phone; operators couldn’t explain it, several calls later I was told, “we can’t/won’t disclose how they did it for security reasons”. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Always fast and efficient, never had any issues. Helped with buyer protection and providing evidence in a seller claim when somet5I sold went missing, because of this I was able to claim the money back and get a replacement to my customer. I have recently started using the PayPal debit card which is very handy, they even supplied a physical card. That's at no cost and you can earn points to spend on rewards. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026
