Smooth process and ease of use

Applying for credit is fairly simple. The PayPal app simplifies everything to track my credit use. I mostly utilise the £99+ offer for interest free for 4 months. My only gripe when I use the mobile app, it's almost too simplified with no advanced breakdowns. Reviewed on: 13th June 2022

Safe and simple payments across the world

Been using PayPal for years and never had a problem. It is easy and quick to make payments or send money even in different countries and currencies. Also feel safer using it instead of a card payment. Customer service has been great if I needed an issue sorted with a retailer or get a refund. PayPal credit and pay in 3 plan has been extremely helpful since they began. I find PayPal very easy and versatile to use for any payment or transfer. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025
