I have contacted PayPal customer service via Tue Pay...

I have contacted PayPal customer service via Tue PayPal app. The stops is helpful and polite. However, the problem did not solved immediately and the answer is quite vague. I need to wait and do not understand what's going on. Finally, the problem solved by itself. I think it's better for the staff to have more product knowledge. Very easy to use.

Very easy to use. Range of payment options is helpful. I especially like pay in 3 as it helps me spread the cost and stay in budget. I also like that it’s a regular option when purchasing goods. PayPal credit is the best I’ve used !!

PayPal credit is great for items that can’t be afforded all at once and being able to pay it up is amazing. I’m able to order birthdays, Christmas etc and not worry about paying big prices all at once. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Reviewed on: 5th May 2026
