I've been with paypal for years and been using PayPal credit for 10 or so years. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Its super, safe, handy and meets most consumers needs. Error in payment

A full payment was taken from my account rather than minimum - I called and spoke with someone on the day this happened, my account was set back to minimum payment and the bank reversed my payment. I believed all was sort until I started to get default and late payment texts and letters. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026

Simple & great service!

I have used PayPal credit for the past four years to book holidays for my family. Splitting the 0% interest payments over three or four payments using the simple step by step payment plan within the app & always someone to answer any questions on the end of the phone. Previously given you high ratings, disappointing

Previously given you high ratings. Recently had a bad experience with PayPal credit. It was online chat and perhaps I should phone to discuss. A transaction was made on Credit and it ended up being debited from my secondary bank account. The explanation as to why was vague and I had sufficient credit limit. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
