I've had PayPal account and credit for a fair few years. Never had any issues. Customer service was good when there has been issues with purchases and rectified refunds. I do recently have some issues with trying PayPal pay in 3. Sometimes it works and others it doesn't, but doesn't give a reason why when it fails to set up the plan. Reviewed on: 15th June 2026
