Only thing that stops me giving PayPal full stars is...

Only thing that stops me giving PayPal full stars is when Chinese companies request return to their Chinese address but ship from UK warehouse meaning I normally even with a full refund lose most of my money as I have to pay a fortune to deliver back to china.
