PayPal credit is great for managing finances and using it has also had a good impact on my credit score. My favourite thing about PayPal as a company though is that I always feel safe when buying online. PayPal has a world class disputes process that has been on my side a number of times. Peace of mind - Confident customer service

I only ever needed to contact PayPal Credit once for more clarity on one of their features. The representative who assisted me over the phone provided clear and detailed explanations. She had me run a test to build my confidence before ending the call with a warm farewell. Simply, it was peace in my mind. She was extremely confident in her customer support service. Top notch! Transactions are easy and mean you are not revealing your bank details or card numbers to anyone. The 0% interest over 4 months is handy for larger purchases and make it easier to afford without paying the extra interest. Excellent customer service experience

Any queries I have had, have been dealt with at first point of contact. The staff took ownership and resolved any issues with an expedited and professional manner.
