PayPal is a very efficient and reliable service specifically, the app is very helpful and clear. I also find the web browser good too. I have limited experience with customer support however on one occasion when I did contact them on the phone the help was limited and I had to call again to speak to an alternative adviser who helped more than the initial contact. The call concerned a pay in three refund for a company which had entered administration. I think it would be beneficial for employees to have additional training on more niche matters like this to further the existing very good service offered in other regards. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

PayPal Credit is basically my budget's favorite sidekick. It lets me spread the cost without the usual headache, checkout is quick, and it's saved me from that painful "all at once" payment more than once.
