I recently had a fantastic experience using PayPal. The platform is extremely user-friendly and makes online transactions quick and secure. I particularly appreciate the convenience of being able to pay with just a few clicks, as well as the clear notifications for every transaction. Customer support was also excellent. When I had a minor query, the response was prompt, professional, and resolved my concern efficiently. I feel confident using PayPal for both personal and business purchases, knowing that my transactions are well-protected. Points and credit

You get points for purchases using the debit and credit accounts that you can use to buy stuff! And the credit is interest free for certain payments which is good. Oh and you can get a physical card you can use in stores now as well Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Disgraceful recent behaviour

In the past most of my experiences have been good however I recently reported a transaction on my account which was never authorised by me (basically a theft from a so called company I didn`t have anything to do with) and paypal sided with the company and basically allowed them to steal my money.
