Customer over a decade

Straight forward credit service

PayPal credit has been such a straight forward service, allowing me to see clearly my payments and being given the chance to pay over 4 months without incurring any interest has helped whilst I have been on maternity leave. Absolute scam

It’s an absolute scam, they are not upfront about how and when interest will accrue especially on zero interest deals for a couple of months. Payments take ages to clear sometimes taking up to two weeks to make a credit payment. Closing your account is also really difficult and requires multiple calls to the customer service team who aren’t very good. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
