Recently sent some money through PayPal which ended...

Recently sent some money through PayPal which ended up not being received by the recipient. PayPal was contacted and staff were very helpful in responding to the issue and were able to resolve the issue, professionally and promptly with a refund back into my account.. what was most fulfilling about this experience was the fact that I had phone contact with a staff member and not live chat .thank you for your service PayPal and will continue to utilise your service with recommendation for others to also use.
