Paypal offers different methods of payment and I have used all of them without any hassle. Payments in or out are very quick. The app is very easy to navigate and they keep you informed all the time. I'm not keen on the parcel updates but only because they duplicate what the carrier is sending and sometimes it's too much information. I'm very happy with my PayPal account. I Brilliant service provider.!

I have been using PayPal for a good few years now and over that time, I've had a few issues with retailers and sellers and so glad to have used PayPal to pay, as the service has helped me to retrieve money back from poor services. I also use pay in 3 and more recently PayPal credit, buy now pay later with no added interest, which is really helping with my kitchen renovation! The customer service team have always delivered satisfactory outcomes when having to speak on the phone too.... Brilliant service all round and pretty much hassle free! Great job PayPal I wouldn't pay for purchases by any other method when PayPal is available to use at checkout! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
