Extremely useful payment plan

Despite my credit score not being the best I was still able to do the pay in 3 payments which I have paid on time which meant I was able to go and visit my family in time for my younger sisters 18th birthday which I wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise. Reviewed on: 24th June 2026

My experience and insights.

I have been using this service for well over 10 years now, and have only had one occasion to contact their customer service for reasons of clarification in respect of a refund. I found the assistant knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and able to resolve my query during that one call, very competent.
