I like that my bank details are not seen by sellers. It's so easy to use and the pay in 3 is very useful for larger purchases. My only criticism is it's not easy to contact them but when you do, the customer service is good Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

I always feel that my finances are safe and each transaction is secure and protected when I use PayPal. Any issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently by helpful customer agents. Great customer service and trusted by most companies.

PayPal managed dealt with a complaint when I I was charged continually for something when it wasn't clear that this is what would happen. It is possible to spread payments across three Installments for larger amounts. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
