Good for service, not so good for customer service

Paypal is an excellent, easy-to-use service that is a quick and efficient way to send money to relatives or to pay smaller companies. It can be quite difficult to get help with any issues as there is a reliance on automated chats and confusing loops to try and find a contact number. In the end, I was able to get help from a person but this took a frustrating amount of time. If their customer service was better they'd be a fantastic company. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Very reliable.

Very reliable. I've been an active user for over 3 years and that's not stopping anytime soon. I particularly love the service offerings like the pay in 3 installments with no interest.
