Use it all the time, would be lost without it

Use it all the time, handy to use if you can’t afford the full thing before payday or even if you just don’t fancy the full amount coming out at once. Also good for credit score so that helps out too. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Direct debit/missed payments/credit rating

Everything has been good, apart from I could not set up a direct debit, therefore, some payments were missed. I had the money to make the payments, I just genuinely missed them. I contacted PayPal about this and they said there was nothing they could do to remove them from my credit report, which has had a profound effect on my rating. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Good but could be better

Had a bad experience and between EBay and PayPal I paid for an item that I never actually received. The majority of my transactions have been smooth apart from that one which then left me down £500 and no phone which was what I had purchased. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024
