Mobile phone browsers won't work when making online...

Mobile phone browsers won't work when making online purchases. Edge and eBay just don't work together, it must be Chrome. The App is awful regarding repayment instalments. No pre-warning message to say when they are due and no way of knowing how to distinguish multiple instalments. The service provided is wonderful but the intricacies in navigating through the app to know which one you are dealing with kills any joy in using it. To conclude the app is not fit to handle pay in x instalments from the customer's perspective. Clarity is what we need and are looking for. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
