Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Petplan is the best

When our dog pickles had spinal surgery petplan sent us a card and super cosy soft bed for him as a get well present, such a kind thing to do. They have always been helpful over the phone and I highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Peace of mind

Life is easy with petplan they help you through the ups and downs of your animals I've been with them for nearly 10+ years never had any problems with them and because of my experience with them I choose to continue having them as my pet insurance cover I often see some policies that are cheaper but you can't beat petplan for their services Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
