Insurance claim

My rabbit Thumper was unwell early July this year and was treated by the vet and they made a direct claim and petplan was very good in paying out my claim within days and then he had to be referred to another vet for further treatment and again this was a direct claim and was payed out fairly quickly also. So thank you petplan for everything. You saved my rabbit Thumper as he had to have his ear amputated and it was a hard road to follow. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2021

Always there for you!

Over 30 years I have been with Petplan. They have always been there for me; routine repeat prescriptions through to emergencies and end of life care support. Being alone, their support in my darkest days snd hours has been invaluable. When my “babies” are critically ill or dying, financial worries are the last thing I need.
