Unlike some other popular pet insurance policy’s Petplan don’t punish you when your pet is unwell, so you can get your pet help with a peaceful mind. They also deal with the vet direct which is brilliant Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Luckily I stayed with petplan

My Ollie had a serious heart condition petplan looked after him they paid the vet direct so I never had a worry and when I had to have him put to sleep they even sent condolences which I thought was very nice and caring Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have a rescue cat coming from another country. Pet plan was my choice as they explained everything that I need to know. Also, it is a very easy company to deal at my vets. They were able to do direct claim and was approved without any problem. When I needed information about my claim the chat room was really helpful and practical to sort out my problem. I didn't need to spend hours on the phone to be able to explain in our busy lives. Great pet insurance. Recommended. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I think Petplan are the best - simple, hassle-free claims process, they pay the vet directly. I have always used them and always will. They are not the cheapest, but I am confident in their services and products so would recommend them to anyone - I would never consider having an uninsured pet! Reviewed on: 5th August 2020
