We lost our cat Jaffa at the beginning of June, and had to do our claim form several times due to various misunderstandings but never had a bad word to say and every person I spoke to was very consoling and understanding. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

They put the animal first

My dog has had 2 major operations in the last 12 months. Petplan were so helpful throughout the whole process, whenever I contacted them they would always ask how he was doing. During one phone call I happened to mention how tricky it was to keep a 12 month old labrador still and off his leg, 20 minutes after the phone call I received an email from them with game ideas I could play with him to wear his mind out Reviewed on: 9th August 2020

Peace of mind

I have had Petplan insurance since my now 8 year old Cocker spaniel was 9 weeks old. He has chronic health conditions which require daily medications. Although I have claimed every year more than the cost of my premiums, my insurance premiums have remained great value for money. Petplan have paid out on all of my claims, thankfully, I have 'for life' cover, which gives my peace of mind. My cocker receives the best care possible from our vets. Thank you Petplan, you always give great service. I would 100% recommend petplan to anyone thinking of getting a pet. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Great insurers

I will always use PetPlan. They may be a little more pricey than some others but they always pay out and I've never had any issues. Always recommend them. Great customer service. My vets accept direct payment too so nothing comes out of my pocket (only the excess). Excellent cover. Safe to say my dog wouldn't be here without them. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Human friendly pet insurance!

Being a veterinary myself it is my job to to encourage people to ensure their pet. Because of my own personal experience with petplan this is a very easy job! They work directly with my vets, they have paid every claim and supported and advised me when I maxed my insurance policy. They are very clear on exclusion you have on the policy, I have plenty of these! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Having had my 7 month old puppy diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia it has been an expensive time. PetPlan have paid out very quickly. Also sent us an orthopaedic dog bed which i thought was lovely. Would highly recommend :) Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
