I’ve been using Petplan since Oscar (my handsome cat) was 12 weeks old, he’s now 5 years old. Every claim I submitted was paid, no issues and refunded quickly. I continue to use Petplan and will not change pet insurance. I also love their newsletter they send with hints and tips for Oscar. They’re great, customer service is top notch. Pet Plan has kept it's promise to pay out!!

We have just had a prolonged period of digestive problems with our 8 year old German Shepherd Bitch and we've had to have various tests and treatments, in the end an Ultrasound investigation was necessary .... our Vet submitted our bill and Pet Plan honoured the claim ... thank you. Isla now progressing well with a slight tweak to her diet. Reviewed on: 14th September 2019

Professional but personable during a very difficult time

Brilliant insurance company, assisted me greatly through a nasty dog attack incident which resulted in my daughters pony being put to sleep. I can honestly say the staff I spoke with were genuinely caring about both my daughter and her beautiful pony. I Would strongly recommend. All vet bills paid without hassle. Valuable Legal advice was also provided by the petplan team. Valuable Assistance was provided to help me legally pursue the dog owner who attacked our Pony. Reviewed on: 13th September 2019
