A big relief

Having Petplan by my side when things go wrong as they can with horses makes me feel so much better . When my horse was injured knowing the vets bills were paid was one less thing to worry about at such a stressful time . The staff are lovely , understanding and so professional to deal with . Easy to use

I have used Petplan constantly since 2002, and wouldn't think of changing. The covered for life is comforting to have (my sister kept changing pet insurance every year for a better deal, unfortunately her cat got diabetes and was only covered for a year of insulin!), and I have always said that is a reason to stay. The payment process is really easy, it only gets a bit different when your pet is older and you have to pay a percentage of claim. Petplan are not the cheapest to go with, put piece of mind is worth it! Reviewed on: 13th September 2019

I was impressed with the clarity of information provided by pet plan's website and i was relieved to see that there was a lifetime cover on offer. I liked the ease of getting a quote online, which was quick and easy and i loved that you could select the type of dog you were getting a quote for. By getting a quote i felt that the decision to proceed to get the full cover was an easy decision and being able to proceed straight away was a relief. Overall i felt confident in the professionalism of Petplan as a insurer and i feel confident that i have the strongest insurance cover on the market. Reviewed on: 12th September 2019
