Friendly, information & efficient service !

I’ve been insured with oetplan for many years ! Last year my pony suffered a potentially life changing injury requiring surgery and long rehab period ! Petplan took some of the stress away as they were easy to deal with settled up the relevant expenses quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Always been there when i've needed them

We have had several dogs and cats of all breeds shapes and sizes over the years. Some have had one off poorly stints and one had a long term illness which meant monthly visits to the vet. Without Petplan we would never have been able to keep our beloved dog. They supported us every step of the way and did't penalise us for claiming. I would never own a pet and not use them. Pets health is their priority!

Couldn’t recommend pet plan enough! I have both my boys insured with them and had fantastic experience with them. My Cat Dorito had to be taken to the vets on a few occasions, and the insurer is so trusted and care so much about the animals health that they pay out nearly all of their claims! So much so I didn’t have to pay anything more than excess when I went to the vets as the vets I use trusted they would pay out. Nothing better than having a loyal, trustworthy and caring pet insurer. Especially when pets mean so much to us, I feel the priority has always been the cats health and not the money. They are very easy to talk to and very easy to set up a plan with. They have brilliant options of which you can upgrade if you wanted to in time. Each time I have contacted them I have had the most helpful people on the phone.
