Expensive but reassuring!

On the few occasions I've made a claim, petplan have done so quickly and on one occasion when the sums involved were eyewsteringly huge they agreed to deal directly with the Vetetinary Practice concerned meaning a very worrying time was that bit less stressful. Reassuring to know Petplan is there to help me care for my beloved Labrador retriever. Reviewed on: 4th September 2017

The best pet insurer in the UK for older dogs

Great insurer - fast to pay and honest. Heard stories of some insurers hiking the premiums if you make claims, not with PetPlan. Renewal price increase was small, with 2 moderate size claims made in the year. Reviewed on: 4th September 2017

When my hound had an almost catastrophic accident Petplan were there from the start. They were helpful, concerned and caring which actually meant almost more than the prompt payouts - though they did make the difference between amputation and a full four legged recovery. Reliable and Stress-free Insurance Cover! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I used PetPlan when I got my dog due to my parents recommending them after they had used them for their 2 dogs. When I have had to claim back on insurance it has been a quick and painless experience and I have never had to chase. Would recommend them with ease. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2017
