Personally I am more than happy with the cover I have received for my pets. Professionally I recommend petplan every day and can honestly say that when helping clients with their claims/sorting insurance forms dealing with vetline. Been insured with them for 11 years he is my 4th dog first 2 not insured 3rd never had to use insurance....this one has had minor ailments from day one and is now constantly on painkillers for arthritis. ... paid out everytime and very quick would definitely recommend to others x Reviewed on: 25th August 2017

Best pet insurance around

All our cats are covered by pet plan. One of our moggies had a serious illness requiring surgery and multiple vet visits plus a few hospital admissions. Pet plan were brilliant and paid out very quickly each time we put a claim in. I recommend them to lots of people and my parents have insured their cat with pet plan because of our recommendation. Extended my dog's life

What an excellent pet insurance company. My Molly was born with chronic kidney failure and she had all the care and medication we could possibly want thanks to Petplan. We couldn't have afforded to do it without them. They even paid for experimental human pills for her to try. Thanks to Petplan, even though she had a short life, it was longer than she would have had otherwise and in that time, Molly went to the beach lots, played every day and even came to France with us twice. I have always found Petplan to be very helpful and curtious. My dog has a chronic condition and I have unfortunately had to make manys claims against my insurance and every claim has been paid without question. Thank you PetPlan for giving me peace of mind. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Always paid my claims in full and quickly. Only not 4 stars because my premiums are so high, £87 a month for a 7 year old British bulldog! But I keep paying it as I want to ensure she has the best possible cover. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017
