Extended my dog's life

What an excellent pet insurance company. My Molly was born with chronic kidney failure and she had all the care and medication we could possibly want thanks to Petplan. We couldn't have afforded to do it without them. They even paid for experimental human pills for her to try. Thanks to Petplan, even though she had a short life, it was longer than she would have had otherwise and in that time, Molly went to the beach lots, played every day and even came to France with us twice. I couldn't be happier with the policy we had. I will always use this company to insure my pets. Reviewed on: 25th August 2017

Very good cover received.

Great service

I have always found Petplan to be very helpful and curtious. My dog has a chronic condition and I have unfortunately had to make manys claims against my insurance and every claim has been paid without question. Thank you PetPlan for giving me peace of mind. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Great peace of mind

Always paid my claims in full and quickly. Only not 4 stars because my premiums are so high, £87 a month for a 7 year old British bulldog! But I keep paying it as I want to ensure she has the best possible cover. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Brilliant

Our dog has had a few health problems over the last few years and Petplan have always paid with no problems. We love the fact that our vets accept Petplan directly so we only have to worry about paying the excess. Never ever have had any problems, thankfully!

Have had 3cocker spaniels insured with Pet plan over 30 years in total and have had nothing but positive experiences. Have paid out many thousands of pounds over the years. I do nothing with paperwork anymore and everything is done via my vet. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Would recommend

We have been with Petplan for two years with my current dog and for eleven years previously with my old dog. They have always paid up, no quibbles and the fact that they pay the vet directly is a massive help. So far, premiums have only risen a small amount considering we've claimed a few times. Used Petplan for twenty years.

First insured my pets with Petplan in 1997. I can't even begin to recall how many over the years! Simple claims process, good levels of cover. Sensible terms and conditions without ever changing goalposts. Wouldn't insure anywhere else! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
