The best pet insurance provider

I've just into my fourth year with Petplan and I have had the unfortunate circumstances in which I've had to claim for my precious boy. However Petplan have been absolutely fantastic, the reassurance that they assist me in ensuring he has the best care possible is a huge weight off my shoulders, customer service is also fantastic and I've never had any issues with claims - long may that continue! I recommend Petplan to family and friends and I'd never go elsewhere. I cringe for those who choose to use other companies, because 9 times out of 10, they tell me about their poor experiences! Thank you Petplan, you certainly make mine and Charlie's lives a lot easier - please keep up the positive and reassuring good work!! Reviewed on: 20th August 2017

Pet insurance provided by people who understand pet owners

I've always insured with PetPlan, most recently my rescue dog who needed cataract surgery. All fees paid directly to the vet with no issues (£6000). PetPlan also support pet charities to the tune of hundreds of thousands of pounds every year. A great company with great values. Reviewed on: 20th August 2017

Fantastic service

For years I used another provider without issue, but as my dogs got older the premiums rose to ridiculous amounts, leading me to choose another company - petplan - since being with petplan I have had to make a few claims and they are always hassle free and quick to pay my vet directly.
