Perfect.

I bought two chinchilla persian kittens they were both adorable but within six months' one of them was dead. The boy kitten was by far the prettiest but he was also born very ill and only lasted till March. He was prescribed very expensive drugs by the vet which pet plan paid for without any problem. they were fantastic throughout and even paid for the cost of the cat when he died, I cannot praise them enough. WE HAD OUR LAST DOG INSURED WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAD TO MAKE THREE SEPARATE CLAIMS OVER THE YEARS AND EACH TIME THE COMPANY SETTLED QUICKLY AND WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THE LAST CLAIM WAS FOR AN ONGOING ILLNESS WHICH LASTED 18 MONTHS. EACH MONTH PETPLAN SETTLED DIRECTLY AND PROMPTLY WITH OUT VET. YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER ALL ROUND SERVICE. They offer the best packages to genuinely ensure protection for your pets. My dog was very sick and petplan were fantastic - they paid the large vet bills out in full, quickly and efficiently, making a stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 15th August 2016

Pet insurance you can trust

It's not easy when it comes to choosing which pen insurance you can put your trust In when your beloved pets health is at stake. With Pet plan even though my cat Lucky has existing gastro problems ,they were able to offer a plan where the illness was only exempt for a period rather than no support altogether for the illness compared to other pet insurances. Although Pet Plan tends to be dearer than other pet insurers, I found them very quick and efficient in paying out for recent vet bills and was not met with a high premium for using the insurance. The only insurer that my vet will contact directly instead of charging the customer up front. Reviewed on: 14th August 2016

Covered For Life

PetPlan offers Cover for Life and it really does mean this. The problem with so many other pet insurance companies is that they have limits for specific illnesses and then they are excluded after a claim. But this allows you to renew the benefit each year. Having made a claim on the policy, it was easy to do through my vets who filled in all the details and sent it off. Another reason to choose PetPlan is they are very trusted and respected by vets, who know they will pay out without quibbles and in my experience this has been the case; the premium did not even go up loads afterwards as might have been expected. They support lots of charities and also run the Veterinary awards. Reviewed on: 8th August 2016
