Outstanding

We have insured all our dogs with Pet Plan Their customer service is outstanding. The online portal is easy to use and submit claims. Our dog Jack would not be here today without Pet Plan. Brilliant Company to insure pets with

Petplan were brilliant when my cat got hit by a car. They dealt with the vets directly in what was a very upsetting time. They paid out to the various vets that Toby was treated at without even talking to me. I’m so glad I had Petplan insurance for Toby. Reviewed on: 26th August 2022

Quick to pay!

My pup needed to have surgery for IVDD when my baby was only 5 days old. In what was an incredibly stressful time, pet plan made it so much smoother by paying out so quickly and seamlessly, and premiums only went up very little after a considerable payout. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great cover

We have an annual policy for our dog. Within the limits of the policy, petplan have always been good to cover treatment that is able to be covered, and you can make your claims online now which is great. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
