Easy communication, great help tondestress in stressful situations

When needed the insurance because of an emergency operatiom on our cat they did not discussed, when a cat died within a car accident, they refund the insurance fee without asking. The bes, but not the most expensive

Petplan have a reputation for being the best and for good reason. They are totally professional yet friendly to deal with. Fab company!

My bun had an overnight stay in hospital and it was very stressful and upsetting. I paid upfront to the hospital and vetinary surgery to get him the emergency care. Once he had recovered and was home the claims was very simple and was paid very quickly. It was nice to have a smooth easy claim after an upsetting experience. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

The only company I will use.
