Worry Free

Petplan are excellent for providing advice about any issues, queries and questions. They understand every time they are contacted about a situation or query between my cat Jet and I as his owner. The vets we attend, work in harmony with Petplan. This makes stressful times much easier for us. I could not be without Petplan, knowing that my cat's treatment can be covered so that he can get better quickly. This gives me, as a cat owner, relief and peace of mind. Peace of mind

I have Petplan cover for my 3 cats and during the last 2 years 2 of my cats have needed treatment by a vet. Claiming the cost of treatment from Petplan is simple and in both cases the claims were met swiftly and the appropriate re-imbursement of costs was paid directly into my bank account. I now have peace of mind knowing that I can afford to have my elderly cats' health needs catered for. All 3 of my cats are now entitled to stay in good health as long as they receive good veterinary care, the fees for which are in the main, met by Petplan. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Pet plan means I don't worry about anything other than my pet if they are ill

Having a cat with a chronic health condition you'd think I'd hate the hassle of dealing with insurance but I don't give it a second thought. My cat had 4 weeks free pet insurance with pet plan when she was a kitten, she had a minor injury & pet plan were brilliant so I continued the insurance. 12months later my cat developed her ongoing illness & again the vets dealt directly with pet plan & I literally have never had to be concerned with that aspect of my cats care. It's a weight of my mind knowing my cats insurance will never hinder her health & consciously choose to make what can be a very stressful time so much easier for their customers. Highly recommend

Quick and efficient service. Petplan care about the animals they insure. Petplan prove this by sending helpful e-mails with care tips such as how to spot lameness and also tips with riding your horse. Love the e-mails, they are very informative and well thought out. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Good cover for younger dogs, not so much for older dogs
