No Nonsense Service

Pet Plan Pet Insurance is a trustworthy company, I am happy to have my cat's vetinary needs covered for life by my policy. All Ts & Cs are written in Plain English and everything - including how to make a claim - is explained clearly. Most importantly they pay up on almost every claim I make. No hassle. No fuss. Pet Plan for the win!

I have had insurance with Pet Plan for years. I would always use them and recommend them to everyone I know. The prices are reasonable and it is easy to make a claim online. If you need to talk to someone, the employees are helpful and friendly and you’re not stuck on hold for ages. Also they send emails about pet health and behaviours which are genuinely very interesting! All round great company and you feel they really care about pets and their health. Pet Plan have been great with me and my dogs

Top Marks for Petplan!

Quick and efficient claim processing which my vet sends electronically and whilst Petplan might not be the cheapest, with life long conditions covered, it gives me the reassurnce to know my beloved pets are insured for whatever treatment they need. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Brilliant at settling claims, without fuss

Easy to claim and prompt payment

Both my last dog and the one I have now have had medical issues. Petplan have always paid promptly for all of the claims without question. They also do not increase your payments because of the claims no matter how many you make. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

More than just an insurance company
