There for you when you need them most

When our pets get sick or injured it's an extremely stressful time. Petplan's straightforward, no fuss way of dealing with claims really helps to take the worry out of pet insurance at an already difficult time. I've never had to worry that they won't pay out. The policies are easy to understand and clear so you know what is covered before you ever get to the claim stage. Also, all the staff are so caring and understanding when you speak to them. Comprehensive cover for all pet insurance needs

I've been with Petplan for various cats' private health care for over 20 years (and have had to claim a couple of times, dealt with promptly and in a no quibble manner) - they are the original and the best. Would not even think about using anyone else - cheapest is not necessarily the best. Reviewed on: 27th July 2022
