Excellent service for over 25 years!

Petplan are excellent - I always manage to get through on the phone, the Customer Service people are patient, kind and have always answered my queries very quickly. Good choice

Very comprehensive cover and fare

Insurer with integrity and compassion

My dog had cancer which she died from. Pet plan made it easy to concentrate on her care. As soon as the condition was detected they allowed a ongoing claim to be opened which paid the vet and veterinary cancer specialists directly. They were kind in all their interactions with me including when I cancelled my policy because my dog had died. They are more expensive then other insurers but the peace of mind that if my dog is ill, they will pay and the process will be easy meant I chose them again for my new puppy.
