Great company for my pet

Whilst I haven’t yet had to claim on my insurance so can’t give an opinion on that, I do feel I have a good, fair priced policy and its easy to understand the terms and conditions with no hidden extras. Recommended by my vet practice, therefore must be trustworthy. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Having now used pet plan twice, I am so glad I took out insurance on my cat and even more pleased it was with petplan. The company are efficient, quick , no quibbles and with the vet able to complete all the paperwork claims online the role process couldn't be easier. Top marks for a tip top service. Reliable honest and efficient.

I have never had to worry about whether a claim for one of my poorly cats will be honoured. Petplan has a brilliant online claims form that makes starting a claim an easy and quick process. Once submitted Petplan deals directly with my vets to ensure the correct information is passed on. All paperwork easily details excess amounts and any restrictions placed on the policies.
