There when you need them

Petplan were brilliant when my wee cat took I’ll. The online system worked really smoothly and when I had an inquiry after my cat had to be put down the staff member who took the call was was very considerate and very helpful and knowledgeable. Petplan appear very aware of the specialised treatments and care that cats need, and the comprehensive nature of their lifetime insurance scheme addresses virtually everything you'd expect to be covered - including things you wouldn't think of, such as feline behavioural issues. Petplan are very helpful and full of knowledge about horses

Petplan have helped me so much to get my horse back to full health. They have paid the vet bills without any fuss. That is what you need when your horse is really poorly, you don't want to be worrying about the money side of things. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Brilliant service with our cats issues.

One of our cats has had gum & teeth problems since he was a kitten, requiring specialist treatment. He has a heart murmer that required a heart scan. He's had behavioural issues, requiring a therapist & he's had a number of injuries due to fights. Every claim has been accepted & only not paid out if the claim was under our excess. I rang around insurance companies before joining to check what they covered as a previous cat had a broken jaw, due to being hit by a car & it wasn't covered by insurance. Whilst their prices may be a bit higher than some, their cover far exceeds others is quick & easy to make a claim and they keep you well informed at all times.
