Over-exceeded my expectations

Petplan's customer service is friendly and efficient. I am with Cat Clinic and I could make q direct claim. When I had to take my cats to the hospital Petplan delt with the case very quickly and I got my money back in 7 days. Reviewed on: 16th November 2021

FABULOUS

Excellent service from start to finish!

Cannot recommend Petplan enough, when we took out the cover we were quite skeptical about having pet insurance as a whole. My other half thought a lot of them were scams and if you ever did need to make a claim they’d try not to pay out, but we got a free month with our vet and decided to keep it rolling after that for piece of mind, hoping really we wouldn’t ever have to use it. A few months into having our new kitten she got seriously ill and had to visit an emergency vet hospital, having our new fur baby away for us for almost a week was awful, when I rang Petplan to submit a claim and tell them she was in the vet hospital the man I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond, he was so caring and sorry that our kitten was sick and made everything so easy and stress free at a really difficult time. He talked me through how to submit our claim and got us all sorted out. The bill was expectedly large from the vet hospital when our kitten finally came home but Petplan sorted all the communications with the vets and the bill was paid quickly. We are so grateful and honestly I dont believe we would still have our fur baby with us had we not had pet insurance with Petplan, there is no way we’d have been able to afford the treatment. I will never not have cover with them and will always tell our story when suggesting it to anyone considering taking out a policy. Reviewed on: 14th November 2021

Claiming refund

Very helpful to have insurance through this company. My lovely kitten Bella got sick just after 3 months of purchased insurance. Vet bill was £380 . After simple and quick claim within 10 days I received refund of my vet bill . Reviewed on: 14th November 2021
